Zakonsko jamstvo
Goods sold in the European Union are covered by a legal guarantee of at least two years.
Consumers may exercise their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity where the goods, for example:
- do not match the description,
- do not function as expected.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent while the legal guarantee is valid; in that case they must offer:
- a free repair or a free replacement;
- in certain cases, a price reduction or a full refund.
What to do if you received non-conforming goods:

- Provide proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt, invoice or bank statement.

If you choose repair as a remedy, the guarantee period is extended once by 12 months.
