1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device. Cookies allow the website to “remember” your actions and preferences (e.g., login, cart contents, language) over a certain period of time.

2. What types of cookies do we use?

2.1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Webshop to function properly and cannot be switched off in our systems, because without them the Webshop would not work (e.g., shopping cart, login, security, language selection, checkout process).

Examples of purposes:

  • maintaining user session and cart

  • enabling account login

  • security features and fraud prevention

  • basic settings (e.g., language/currency)

Legal basis: legitimate interest / necessity for providing the service.

2.2. Functional cookies

These cookies enhance functionality and personalize your experience (e.g., remembering certain preferences). Depending on the specific function, they may be part of strictly necessary cookies.

2.3. Analytics cookies (with consent)

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Webshop (e.g., which pages are visited, where issues occur). These cookies are used only if you provide consent.

2.4. Marketing cookies (with consent)

Marketing cookies are used to show more relevant ads and to measure campaign performance. These cookies are used only if you provide consent.

Note: TELACK d.o.o. currently does not use newsletter tools. If marketing tools (e.g., advertising pixels) are used, they will be activated only after your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

During checkout, depending on your chosen payment method, you may be redirected to or interact with third-party systems that may set their own cookies and similar technologies.

This may include, for example:

  • PayPal (if you choose PayPal payment)

  • Google Pay (if you choose Google Pay payment)

Third-party cookies are managed by those third parties in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Managing cookie preferences

4.1. Cookie settings on the Webshop

When you first visit the Webshop, a cookie notice (cookie bar) is displayed where you can:

  • accept all cookies

  • reject analytics and marketing cookies

  • (if available) customize settings by category

You can change your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link (recommended location: website footer).

4.2. Browser settings

You can also delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause the Webshop to function incorrectly (e.g., cart and checkout).

5. How long do cookies remain on your device?

Cookies may be:

  • session cookies – deleted when you close your browser

  • persistent cookies – remain on your device until they expire or are deleted manually

The exact duration depends on the type of cookie and your settings.

6. Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version applies from the moment it is published on the Webshop.
